Self-leadership
Self-leadership is the process of actively directing your thoughts, feelings, and actions in the path of your goals.
You will make better judgments and forge stronger bonds with others when you are aware of who you are and take accountability for how you present yourself.
Self-awareness, self-management, self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and locus of control are some of the fundamental components of self-leadership.
I can teach you how to establish enduring, meaningful habits that will help you lead yourself more successfully.


Behavioural 360 feedback
Your negative behaviours have a greater impact on the company and the team you are managing the higher up and longer you have worked there.
A 360-feedback exercise is a useful tool for developing self-awareness and understanding the impact you have on others. We evaluate 1-2 behavioural traits to work on throughout the coaching process using feedback from managers, peers, and employees in the firm.
The advantages of this strategy enable us to tackle certain development areas directly, which can accelerate change more quickly.
Leadership Style

Everyone has a unique leadership style, and everyone learns differently. It is crucial to gain clarity regarding yours since doing so will enable you to identify your learning preferences and put you in a better position to choose educational opportunities that complement your choices.
In order to evaluate each person’s individual position and, if necessary, assist in building a more balanced team, I also work with you on leadership roles in your teams.
