2 Hour Business Development Workshops
Using my business experience I offer short Business Development workshops for Individuals or small groups up to 8 ( larger than that it tends not to be as effective).
The aim of these workshops is to have a clear objective of the session and define the outcomes before we start. This can be developing a current area of the business, a new revenue stream or concept or looking at Leadership skills of the team.
I provide motivation and inspiration to make the sessions as interactive as possible, with takeaways for you to continue onwards after the session to hit your goal.
